RIANA-PAC NEWS!!

It has been a quiet summer for the PAC!  Only one small contribution was made to a Republican Representative
in our legislature.  This is okay since there have been NO contributions to our PAC this quarter. Summertime is the time for vacations and family fun, but your RIANA-PAC is not on vacation and still paying attention to the political climate
for CRNAs.  Remember, your contributions make it possible for a member of  RIANA to represent CRNAs at political functions.

Federal PAC

CRNA-PAC is calling CRNAs to request financial support to keep our profession’s voice in Washington strong.
With 2004 being an election year, nurse anesthetists’ contributions to CRNA-PAC are more important than ever before.
We won significant victories in 2003 – boosting CRNA reimbursement, reversing threatened cuts to education funds for advanced practice nurses, and keeping TRICARE and VA anesthesia care strong and safe!
